Day 10 To Lancashire & beyond...

What started as a beautiful calm morning developed into one of the hardest rides I’ve ever had to attempt. From the Lakes to Slaidburn in deepest Lancashire.

Stunning views across to Lancaster and the North Yorkshire Dales but the hills were endless and unforgiving.

Body is starting to hurt now but after a horrendous climb first thing tomorrow hopefully it will be an easier day down to Manchester and beyond. I'll be cycling from Slaidburn - Mottram St Andrew 63 miles. All downhill now...or so I'm told!!
